Please note that credentials are only valid for the session that you are applying for. You must apply for each session each time. All requests have to be submitted no later than the Tuesday of the weekend you're applying for. If you haven't been approved, you will not be allowed to photograph/videograph the event, any violators will be removed from the gym.
2025 Waiver & Liability
As lawful consideration for being permitted to participate in the Detail Basketball league I agree that I will not make a claim against, sue, attach the property of or prosecute Madison City Schools, or Detail Basketball League and their sponsors and employees for damages for death, personal injury or property damage which I may sustain as a result of my participation in these sporting activities. This release is intended to discharge in advance Detail Basketball League, Madison City Schools and their sponsors and employees from and against any and all liability, including for negligent actions, arising out of or connected in any way with my participation in the sports league, camp or clinic except for liability that may arise out of the willful or wanton misconduct of Detail Basketball League, Madison City Schools, and their agents, sponsors and employees.
